Career
He scored 261 runs in a match against B A K Swadhyaya Bhawan (Matunga) in the Giles Shield Elite Division Trophy in 2012. This performance earned him a place in the Mumbai Under-14 team’s training camp and later, he was appointed as the captain of the Mumbai Under-16 team. He played for Bohra Cricket Club from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, he played for the Shivaji Park Gymkhana team. In 2016, his father was diagnosed with cancer, due to which Pushkar could not play for 6 months. His father passed away on 2 January 2017 and after this, Pushkar took a break from cricket and almost quit the game. After his mother advised him to keep playing cricket, he started to find teams where he can play and earn as well. He played for Juhu Club from 2017 to 2018, and in October 2018, he joined the IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company as a phone manager. He also played corporate cricket for their team and won many matches for them. He emerged as one of the best players.

In the Dafabet Africa Cricket Premier League (ACPL Kenya T20) held in 2022, he scored 228 runs at a strike rate of 115 and took 5 wickets at an economy of under 7, helping his team Nakuru Leopards win the trophy.
