IASTEM successfully conducted its inaugural panel discussion on "Navigating the Dynamic Business Landscape: Integrating Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, and Technology" on 21st August 2024, with over 20 attendees.

2. Dr. Kirti Rajhans (Sr. Associate Professor & Head, Centre of Excellence for Academic Practices, NICMAR University, Pune, India). With 24 years of work experience in academia and industry, her expertise lies in Project Communication Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Business Communication, Managerial Skills, Sustainability, and Stakeholder Management.
3. D. Maria Nirmal Preethi (Assistant Professor, Head of the Department of Management, Don Bosco College, Bengaluru, India). Her specializations include Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, Management Principles, and Corporate Administration.
