Neet’s story began in 2018, driven by an unyielding desire to bring light where shadows prevailed. Growing up in a small town with limited opportunities, she faced significant societal challenges due to her differently-abled status. Determined to ensure no one else endured similar struggles, Neet embarked on a mission to create meaningful change and foster inclusivity.
A Strong Educational Foundation
Neet’s academic journey is as inspiring as her personal one. A Commerce graduate with an MBA from the Prestige Institute of Management, Dewas, she used her education to build a solid foundation for her mission. These achievements further fueled her resolve to empower others and advocate for equality.
Sparking Hope and Shifting Perspectives
Neet’s journey toward social impact began when she started volunteering at Saksham Special School. Teaching life skills to special children and leading attitude-building sessions for kids aged 1.5 to 7 years, she realized the transformative power of perspective. As Neet often says, “Nazar sabke paas hai, nazariya nahi hai” (Everyone has vision, but not perspective).
Her mission became clear: to shift perspectives and create an inclusive world. She initiated motivational sessions on Facebook, counseled individuals across age groups, and helped children develop positive attitudes to tackle life’s challenges.
Turning Setbacks into Comebacks
The pandemic brought unprecedented challenges, but Neet turned them into opportunities. She worked closely with two young children, aged 3 and 4, who had lost their ability to speak due to COVID-related trauma. Through dedicated speech therapy, she helped them rediscover their voices, transforming their lives and inspiring others with her perseverance.
Beyond the Classroom: A Lifelong Mission
Neet’s efforts extend far beyond teaching. She has supported girl child education through monetary contributions, partnered with NGOs, and worked tirelessly to ensure every child receives equal opportunities. She has motivated countless individuals to embrace happiness and positivity while teaching children valuable skills like reducing screen time, fostering creativity, improving mental health, and building interpersonal skills.
Her vision is simple yet profound: to eliminate the “special” category and create a world where everyone is treated as equals.
