Founded 18 years ago by Paladugu Venkateshwar Rao, an acclaimed international Telugu sports personality, Dazzle Sportswear has grown from a modest startup into a formidable player in the Indian market. As the first sportswear brand from the Telugu states established by an international sports icon, Dazzle Sportswear holds a unique position in the industry.






The newly launched 'Dazzle Prime' range includes track pants, T-shirts, shorts, and leisurewear, priced between Rs 600 and Rs 1500. What sets this collection apart is its use of eco-friendly, recyclable fabrics, which are sourced from premium materials among the best globally. Since its inception in 2006, Dazzle Sportswear has expanded its reach across 10 Indian states, including Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and more. The brand has grown into a 100-crore turnover company and has become the number one sportswear brand in the Telugu states. Its success is not just measured in revenue but also in its impact on employment—Dazzle directly employs 1,500 people, 1,400 of whom are women, and indirectly supports around 22,000 others.


Looking ahead, Dazzle Sportswear aims to become a household name across India, with plans to expand its footprint nationwide and establish itself as the leading Indian sportswear brand. Rao envisions a future where the company provides employment to 15,000 people, continuing to drive growth and empowerment through the brand.

Dazzle Sportswear is the brainchild of Paladugu Venkateshwar Rao, an international volleyball player who transitioned from a secure government job to entrepreneurship. Rao is possibly the only sports star in India to establish an apparel brand that caters specifically to the needs of athletes.
