The Divine HR Forum, in collaboration with the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Pune Chapter, successfully organized the "Create Empowered Futures" program at ASM College of Commerce and Science, Chinchwad. This inspiring event aimed to recognize and encourage the contributions of women in various fields.

Kalyan pawar - chairman NIPM chapter ,Preeti sakhre - Divine HR foundation founder, pawan sharma, Prachee sonchal, vahida pathan , Maharaj Bundel,uday nikam ,Savithri G and Sushil Kulkarni organised the program with support from Lions club ,VMS group , venus india and sapppling india.
With around 80 participants benefiting from the insightful sessions, the program served as a platform for knowledge-sharing and empowerment. A key highlight of the event was the distribution of more than 40 awards to outstanding women who have significantly contributed to the growth and remarkable activities in their respective domains in the society.
The initiative underscored the importance of fostering leadership and professional excellence among women. Experts and speakers at the event shared valuable insights inspiring attendees to continue striving for excellence in their personal and professional journey.
